I’m a frequent visitor of Pinterest, and in the midst of my daily browsing I stumbled upon this infographic from Nerdgraph. I love infographics. This one, titled The Business Marketers’ Guide to Instagram, lists all of the reasons why your business can benefit from using the platform. When I started working with ZoomWorks back in February, I immediately began thinking of ways I could further their online presence and engage the viewers. We thought Instagram would be a great addition to their social media presence.

ZoomWorks is extremely visual– family portraits, weddings and fashion shoots– and viewers of the website and blog recognize that through their photos. Readers are allowed to look through the lens, but it’s also important for them to see what goes on behind the camera. Instagram makes customers/readers/friends feel like they belong to an inner circle, and it’s perfect for showing what goes on behind the scenes and in the studio. “Making It Personal” is an ongoing goal for Zoomworks, and I can’t wait to see how the readers respond.
